The hotel is located in the area called Accademia, in the centre
of Venice, about a ten minutes walk from Saint Marcus Square.
The hotel reopened in 1996 after having been closed due to a total
renovation. The rooms on the first floor are in modern stile,
and all other rooms are furnished in Venetian stile.
The hall is quite large because of its earlier being the entrance
of a school, here is the breakfast room and the elevator that
brings you to the floors.
The rooms all have private bathroom/shower, TV, telephone, mini-bar
and A/C active between June and august.
